F40 Office Building is the name given to the building closing the last gap in the streetscape, located in Friedrichstrasse 40 in Berlin, Germany. F40 Office Building, designed by Petersen Architekten, enjoys an open plan format allowing a variable use. The front facade of the office building is transparent with vertical glass lamellas to protect against heating and oriels up to two storeys. The garden front is completely different with sliding doors, roomhigh, allowing for large openings to lean out.
