Long Island Bay House is located in a flood plain on the barrier island off of Long Island. Designed by Leroy Street Studio, the house is elevated on piles, allowing the beach landscape to run through the site. A wood boardwalk runs through the entire site, from the entry road out to the rear yard boat dock, splitting the house, while providing dramatic views of the bay.
