The main concept of this project is using two rotatable partitions to divided four area in a one open-plan space in this renovated Taipei apartment by Taiwanese designer Chun-ta,Tsao.
The rotatable TV-Partition can be turn in different angle. This function is design for living room and kitchen. Client can decide to having bigger dining area or living area by turning rotatable object.
The wide open living area with soft sharp carpet to make harmony feeling.
Using Dark timber floor to make three light-color objects standing out. Also made them in different height to present the connection between each objects.
The middle object is actually a big bookshelf, it divides study room and bedroom. Using slide door to save privacy needs. A part of bookshelf can be moved to study room. The idea of this function is to make these two rooms become in a one big master room.
